Program Summary: \u00a0<\/strong>This course explores labor and sex trafficking and highlights the trafficking story arc of 1. recruitment and grooming 2. coercion and control, and 3. exit. \u00a0Human trafficking patterns, risk factors, and misconceptions are discussed. \u00a0The course offers language and practice recommendations with a focus on assistance, support, and resilience.<\/p>\n

The course includes an analysis of hotline data from January 2020-August 2022.<\/p>\n

This course is recommended for social workers and counselors and is appropriate for beginning and intermediate levels of practice. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
