Program Summary:<\/strong>\u00a0 This course offers a discussion among violence prevention practitioners on how to engage men across the violence prevention continuum. \u00a0 The course presents research findings from an exploratory study and highlights practitioners’ efforts to work with male perpetrators, victims, and allies. \u00a0Practitioners reported a number of challenges, including a lack of education, tools, resources, and research. \u00a0The impact of trauma, bias, and stigma are examined.<\/p>\n

This course is recommended for social workers, counselors, and therapists and is appropriate for beginning and intermediate levels of practice. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n
